I made a digital vision board.
Which is the background photo on my computer, which is a GREAT reminder about what I want in life!
What is a vision board you ask?
A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on specific life goals.
Literally, a vision board is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life.
It can be things that make you happy, or give you a feeling of calm and peace. It can be things you enjoy doing or want to do. It can be gentle reminders about how you want to live.
There is nothing "wrong" on YOUR board. There are no right or wrongs with this project. It's just stuff that is inside of you. :)
You can make a physical board with cardboard and pictures or make one like I did....
Use these questions to help make your vision board
What are your life's goals?
What are your dreams?
Your positive affirmations?
What are your wishes?
What are your passions?
Where are your peaceful places?
A great suggestion from our friend Steve Gamlin about vision boards:
"Please be sure to have a very compelling WHY behind each image, so that when someone asks you about it, you rock your world with an emotional connection."
I would love to see your vision boards! It doesn't have to be a computerized version - it can be made out of markers, glitter, stickers, crayons, pictures, newspaper clippings, magazine clippings and some glue...be creative and then
feel free to take a picture and post your vision board in the comments! Maybe by sharing yours you can inspire others! :)
