Chocolate & Peanut butter Swirly Fudge

Let us celebrate NATIONAL PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE DAY – November 20!

A VERY easy chocolate & peanut butter swirly fudge recipe!

This makes a beautiful fudge and would be a wonderful gift idea or serve at your next Holiday party!

Ingredients

Peanut butter layer

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

11/2 cup powdered sugar

Chocolate layer

7 ounces sweetened condensed milk

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons butter or I like to use unrefined coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Peanut butter layer - combine the butter, peanut butter and vanilla extract and warm on stove medium-low hear stirring often...add the powdered sugar and continue stirring until smooth.

Pour this onto your parchment paper -- about 1/2 in thick.

Chocolate layer - combine the condensed milk. chocolate chips, butter (or oil) and vanilla extract. Heat on stove, medium-low heat, stirring often until smooth and creamy. Pour this onto your peanut butter layer and spread to all edges with a spatula.

Once that is done use a knife or end of spoon and lightly swirl the layers together. Place this in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours.

Slice into 24-48 pieces depending on how big you want them....I rather have a smaller size as they are very sweet and rich!

Store in an air tight container in the frig for up to two weeks. You can freeze in a chest freezer if you aren't ready to use immediately.

by the way - there is NOTHING healthy at all about this recipe. LOL :)

Moderation is key.

Yum!!!
