Change your mind, attitude and mood


If you are having a hard time getting motivated for fitness -- make yourself accountable with friends:

When you have someone counting on you, you are far less likely to bail on your workout.

Making plans to meet your friend after work at 6 pm is much more concrete than vaguely planning to go exercise alone “some time after work”.

Also, exercise becomes more fun with friends & studies show you tend to work a bit harder when you have an exercise partner. A little friendly competition never hurt anyone!
