Freedom means being free to be who you are without fear of what others will think of you.
Remember life is 10% of what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.
"We don't see things as they are. We see things as we are." - Anais Nin
Always remember --It's 100% NEVER about you.
Whatever judgement is being passed on you; has nothing to do with YOU. It has everything to do with the "judge's" opinion about what you SHOULD be like.
When you submit to judgement you are basically saying that the judge's opinion in this situation has more value and weight than who you are as an individual.
That is definitely not a healthy message to be sending yourself. That would fall under the negative self-talk category.
“He who trims himself to suit everyone will soon whittle himself away.” ~ Raymond Hull
At the end of the day as long as you are being a good human; don’t let other people tell you what to do and how to live. You are responsible for your experience of life, and if you don’t follow your dreams, you only have yourself to blame.
Do what you want to do without fear of what others will think of you. You're amazing just the way you are. And you know what the best part is? When you're fully 'just you', you naturally encourage others to be themselves as well.
Live life happily.
