In the back of our minds, hidden away, we all know that life is short.
But how many of us actually live our lives like we’re really going to die some day?
Many of us live our lives filled with routine and responsibilities.
We spend so much of our mental energy getting through each day that its easy for us to forget that our time here on earth is limited.
Sometimes we need a reminder that life’s too short to spend everyday doing work or things you hate.
Life’s too short to be miserable and to hold grudges against people that we love.
Life’s too short not to see the wonders and beauty in this world.
You can't completely eliminate tedium from your daily life....we all have things we "need" to do to survive in this world.
Even if you win the big lottery, or retire, you will still have responsibilities and obligations that you don’t 'want' to do.
But we shouldn’t use our obligations as an excuse or reason not to chase & grab the things that really matter to us.
The things that make us happy and joyful.
What would you do differently today if you could really appreciate the fragility of life?
