In light of all the horrific things going on in this world. Please try to remember to not take the 'little' things so seriously.
When you feel the stress building and you feel as you are about to blow your lid. Step back from the situation, close your eyes, and take a deep breathe. Slowly release that breath.
You may notice you feel better. Just remember not everything is a crisis. Not everything has to be a dramatic situation.
